Terms of
Service.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This is a starting template, not legal advice. It was drafted to get the business launched and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before going live. Anything in [brackets] is a placeholder for the business owner to complete.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and its services, operated by this business. By using the site, placing an order, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas you’re not authorized to, or misuse any feature. We may modify or discontinue parts of the site at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You may delete your account at any time from your account page.

3. Product orders & payment

  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change; the price at checkout applies to your order.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues) and will refund any charge.

4. Shipping

We ship to the destination countries offered at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes on international orders are the customer’s responsibility. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for returns.

5. Appointment bookings

  • Deposit. Each service you book requires its own 25% deposit, applied to that service. The balance is due in person at your appointment.
  • Cancellation / reschedule. Before the cancellation deadline of a service (48 hours before that service starts), everything you paid for it is refunded. If you cancel online after the cancellation deadline, we may keep up to each service’s deposit (anything paid above it is refunded). Each service has its own cancellation deadline, counted from its own start time. A change, cancel or No-show by the business is refunded as the business decides, up to everything paid for that service. A cheaper change you make online gives back the difference.
  • No-shows. If you do not come, what you paid is refunded as the business decides, up to everything paid for that service, and we may require pre-payment for future bookings.
  • Late arrivals may shorten the service or require rescheduling. Full terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Points loyalty program

  • Points are earned on qualifying product purchases, bookings, referrals, and promotions as described on the site.
  • Points are redeemable for discounts as described; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Expiry. Points do not expire under normal circumstances and remain in your account as long as it is in good standing. Points may, however, be forfeitedif the account is closed for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, or if the account is closed at the member’s request.
  • We may modify, suspend, or end the program, and may adjust or forfeit points obtained through error, abuse, or fraud, or on account closure.

7. Photos and the gallery

We photograph clients only with their consent, and we share a client’s photos only when they have agreed. Photos in our gallery — including photos customers choose to share with us in the future — may be used on our website and in our advertising.

When you share photos of your visit from your account, you choose whether your first name is shown with them (only your first name is ever shown), and location and camera data are removed from every photo. We review shared photos before anything is published; photos we don’t publish, and photos you withdraw before review, are deleted.

If you would like a photo of you removed, send us a link to the photo (or a short description), and we will take it down from the website. Please contact us directly. If you shared the photo yourself, you can also remove it at any time from Account → Appointments (“Remove my photo”).
