Design & Privacy Policy

The short version: send designs you have the right to use, expect that worn designs can inspire future pieces, and know that we never show your name.

Your designs

When you upload artwork, a photo or an idea, we digitize it and send you a proof before anything is stitched.

• Once a design is digitized, stitched and worn, it becomes part of the our business design collection.
• We may reuse that design, or take parts of it to create new artwork for other customers.
• If you need a design kept exclusive to your group, ask before ordering and we will agree the terms with you.

Copyright and trademarks

By uploading a design you confirm that you created it or have permission to use it, and that it does not copy anyone else’s copyrighted artwork, trademark or logo.

• If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, we’ll contact you before stitching and may decline the order.
• Official emblems of fraternal orders and organizations are stitched only where our business holds a license or permission to use them.

Your privacy

• We never post customers’ names on our website, gallery or social media.
• If a name is stitched on a piece, it is cropped or blurred before any photo is shared.
• We don’t publish who ordered what, or which organizations you belong to. That’s your story to tell.
• Your details are used only to make and deliver your order, and are never sold.
• Gallery photos are posted only with your permission, and you can ask us to remove one at any time.

Proofs, deposits and payment

• Nothing is stitched until you approve your proof.
• Half of the price is due when you approve it; the balance is due before shipping or pickup.
• Custom pieces can’t be returned once stitched.
